Hey, hey, I'm back.
What the dilly-yo, Andy? Where've you been?
I told you last week I was going on vacation. And seriously, dilly-yo?
Yeah, that's right,I'm bringing that back.

Why you trippin'?
Whatever. I'm back from my vacation. I was in Montreal for a week and while I was there I sampled some of the local cuisine. This, sadly, is never a good idea for someone trying to lose weight. All local cuisine is bad for you. It's always like, "What we do around here is take a grilled cheese and Twizzlers sandwich, then we deep fry it and float it in a bowl of ranch dressing." You never drive into a town and see a sign that says, "Home of the fruit-salad."
I was told the two dishes I would have to try in Montreal were smoked meat and poutine. The smoked meat was kind of gross. But the poutine (fries with cheese curd and gravy on top) was as delicious as it was coronary inducing.
So how much damage did I do during the food orgy that was my vacation? Well, a little, but not too bad. Over the week I gained about 2 pounds which isn't too bad. The only important thing is that I had a great time while I was away. And now it's time to get back on track.
